Open to the air

 Downstairs all the siding is off to put Tie-downs and new ply for a sheer wall.  Lots of mouse holes in the insulation.

Upstairs everything is off to place the sheer wall and new structural support for the big new door and windows. They actually had to unbolt the deck roof to place the sheer wall so the roof is just hanging in the air.

You can see the wall they built to support the roof of the deck and a gap along the house.

And it started raining so now there is a massive cover trying to keep the rain and wind out.  Not really the low profile construction we were hoping for.
